New partner introduction: dotX

We’d like to introduce our new partner dotXS (part of the Solimas Group) from Ede. dotXS is cloud service provider for SMEs and supports the IT professionals of these companies.

dotXS provides both on-site and off-site products and services to its customers. For example, they can ensure on-site that everything works as desired, take on full management by providing a complete IT department, but they can also assist in support of the available expertise. Additionally, they provide cloud services to ensure that people can work worry-free anytime, anywhere.

In both cases, attention to the customer and their work is the first priority. That is why they make sure to build mutual trust, by communicating openly and setting clear expectations. They do this by asking clear questions and taking the time to clarify the customer’s wishes, so that they can offer the most suitable solution.
