Update 3.20: Nedap Ons Micro App & refreshed Activity Feed design

This update brings a great new Micro App for healthcare, uniting patient information with other (healthcare) applications and information by bringing Nedap Ons to your adaptive workspace! Furthermore, we have improved the Activity Feed, allowing an easier way to work with your notifications. But that is not all. Want to discover all new features and improvements of update 3.20? Healthcare Micro App: Nedap Ons

We are proud to introduce our new Nedap Ons Micro App, simplifying work and streamlining processes for people from the Netherlands who work in healthcare. With the introduction of the Nedap Ons Micro App, healthcare workers can unite their patient data with everything else they need to work. Such as their Vilans KICK protocols, Power Apps for business processes, tasks in the Activity Feed and more! This will save healthcare workers time and effort, enabling them to completely focus on what is important.

Nedap Ons is a Dutch software suite for administrative healthcare tasks, offering access to the electronic patient files and uniting patient data in one place.

The Nedap Ons Micro App includes your Planning and a Clients live tile. In one glance, you can view your planning for the day straight from your workspace, and instantly search and access client information, without having to open any external applications. This limits the amount of clicks and streamlines your work.

A clearer overview of your Activities & Notifications

Our Activity Feed enables a smarter and more task-oriented way of working, with the ability to bring information from thousands of applications to your workspace and enabling you to instantly perform tasks.

To allow you to do this even better and faster, we have improved the design of the Activity Feed. By presenting all activities and notifications in cards, we have improved the readability and visual appeal. This will give you a better overview, make it easier to scan them and allow you to find information quicker.

Styling Join Meeting button, less prominent

Another thing we have improved in the Activity Feed, is the styling of the “Join Meeting” functionality. Though this is a very convenient functionality, we have made it less prominent, making it less distracting from your other notifications and information.

Open emails directly in OWA (Outlook Web App)

We constantly work on simplifying your work with all your applications and information. That is why we enable you to work with your preferred email client and, besides our own Email App, integrate the Outlook Web App.

From now on, when you open an email through Global Search or the Email live tile, you can instantly open the correct email in your Outlook Web App, enabling you to instantly view the correct email you were looking for.

More intuitive navigation through search results

Besides simpler, we also want to make your workspace – and the way you work with everything in it – smarter and more intuitive. That is exactly what we did with our recently introduced Global Search functionality.

It is now possible to use your keyboard to navigate through the search results, reducing the amount of actions you must perform to open the item you are looking for.

Vote or submit your favorite Micro App to save development costs

Based on feedback from our customers we are developing Micro Apps. By voting on Micro Apps you help us to set priorities. Each Micro App that we develop is available to all customers within the Boost package. This will make sure that organisations don’t spend their (public) money on developing integrations that others also need.

• We show deprecations banners at the top of every page when using older versions of certain browsers, explaining the deprecation of these browsers.
• We removed the possibility of ‘None’ Single Sign-On during the configuration to force the most secure sign-in choice.
