Keep on reading to discover all the good things update 3.26 brings!

Instantly retrieve all relevant tiles with the new API

We’ve made integrating Workspace 365 applications into other platforms even easier! You may remember that in the previous update, we introduced the option to create app links for web-, local and remote applications, including Clientless RDP, which allows you to virtualise and offer any application with Single Sign-On. Now, with our new API, you can easily retrieve all relevant app links at once!

We created this API in collaboration with intranet vendors, to enable you to benefit from the Workspace 365 applications, no matter what starting point you choose. With the API, you can load in parts of your workspace, including settings like colors, permissions and authentication (through Azure AD).

This means that when integrating tiles through this API, people only see the applications that are relevant to them.

Healthcare connection to the Schedule Micro App

Research we conducted among healthcare workers, showed that they want to be able to view their schedule from their phone. So we brought this to the workspace, so they can view their schedule from any device, at any time. We now proudly introduce our new connection to Nedap Ons! This enables healthcare workers to instantly view their schedule from Nedap Ons, with an overview of their entire week.

What is Nedap Ons?

Nedap Ons is a Dutch software suite for administrative healthcare tasks, offering access to the electronic patient files and uniting patient data in one place.

This is not the first Micro App Nedap Ons has been connected to. It was for example already possible to view client data straight from the dashboard.

Simplify work with Micro Apps

This new connection to our Schedule Micro App is another step in using Micro Apps to bring relevant information and tasks to your dashboard, save you time, streamline processes and enabling a more task-oriented way of working.

Optimal colour use for tiles and apps

Internal branding is important. That’s why we enable you to, among other things, customise your workspace with your own logo, icons and branding colours.

After getting feedback from communication managers who use Workspace 365, we’ve optimised the use of your own branding this update, by introducing the branding setting to use optimal colours for tiles and apps. When enabled, the text and icons of tiles and applications will automatically adjust to the best suitable colour to match your branding – either black or white.

This makes sure that the text and icons on your applications will always have optimal visibility.

We are currently researching the needs of communication managers using Workspace 365. If you want to participate in this research, contact your Customer Succes Manager or use the contact form.

Improved overview of upcoming meetings

The Activity Feed offers a great way to view the next meeting on your schedule and instantly join online calls.

To make this even easier, we don’t show all-day events anymore in the ‘next calendar appointment’ section in the Activity Feed. This way, when you have something scheduled for the entire day, but also have meetings in between, you can easily join the other meetings, as the ‘all day’ meeting doesn’t show anymore. This improves your overview of upcoming meetings.
