We’re very excited about this update, and we think you will be too!

Last update we gave our Activity Feed some powerful updates and now we’ve updated it even more. We now stack activities in your Activity Feed, to give you a better overview of all your activities.

Next to this, we’ve created an API to add announcements to the workspace and we’re proud to introduce our billing page. Sounds good, right? Keep reading for more information about this update!

Stack activities in the Activity Feed

Our Activity Feed brings all your activities, news and notifications to one adaptive workspace. Since the previous update, you can perform actions within the Activity Feed, such as accepting or declining an activity, making the possibilities of activities in the Activity Feed endless.

From this update we stack activities in the Activity Feed to give you a better overview of all your activities. The stacks are very similar to a regular activity, but when you click on it, all the other activities from that category will appear. This way, you gather all the activities from one category and you have a clear overview of old and new activities.

Stacks for different categories

Within the Activity Feed we have stacks for categories like documents, emails, announcements, maintenance and available apps. It’s not possible to stack your custom activities yet, but this will be possible very soon!

When you have a new activity you’ll see an ‘unread’ dot in the corner to let you know that there are new activities within that category.

API to create Announcements

We’ve made creating announcements even easier for you! You can now create and send automated announcements using an API, to improve the information flow within your organisation.

This allows your organisation to use your current Content Management System, platform or other sources to create content that is pushed to all the employees, or specific groups, in your digital workspace.

For example, you can link the API to your student information system. This way, students get a notification in their digital workspace when they have a new grade. The API can be linked to many different systems like TOPdesk, AFAS and more!

With this new API you can specify the settings of an announcement, such as the title, description, media type, start- and end date and the category. For instance, when someone is new in the company, you can easily push an announcement from your existing intranet into your digital workspace, to make them feel welcome with a personal message from the team!

This will allow people to reduce the amount of times that they switch between applications or platforms. Enabling them to work efficiently and have one platform where they can see all their information and news directly.

This also allows our partners to send information to multiple workspace environments with just one single automated announcement, for instance news about changes in their services or service desk opening times.

Billing page within the workspace

Do you struggle with finding the reference number of your customer for an invoice? Well, luckily that’s now in the past! With our new billing page within the workspace, you can now see which users have a Simplify, Adapt or Boost license. This way, partners have a clear overview of the billing per customer.

When a customer wants to change their subscription, you can easily change it with the click of a button. Admins can easily see which subscriptions they have and how many users there are per licence.

The overview now clearly shows the reference number and company name. The customer information is easily available through an API. Enabling you to stop working with an Excel sheet for billing, by allowing you to use the API to automatically link information to your billing page.
