Micral has been active in the IT world since 2003. What started as a typical project-driven company has evolved into a modern, outcome-driven, managed service provider, focused on user-friendly, scalable, and fully managed digital workplaces. Today, Micral manages over 6,000 end-user workplaces, and that number is rising fast. With major projects underway, Micral expects to grow to over 12,000 end-users within a year.

As part of the Gamma-IT Groep (over 160 employees nationwide), Micral delivers the workplace solution for organisations that are ready for simplicity and impact. Together with Deltics, Micral realised most of their growth in the last years in healthcare.

Shifting from technology to what people really need

In 2019, Micral decided to take a new direction. Their traditional focus on Virtual desktop and low TCO gave way to a fresh ambition: creating a workplace that truly supports people in their daily work. No IT for the sake of IT, but intuitive technology that simplifies work.

This shift came at the right time. While the Microsoft ecosystem rapidly expanded with new apps and portals, users increasingly needed clarity. What was meant to help often felt like a digital maze.
