As technology continues to evolve, organisations are constantly searching for ways to streamline their operations and improve productivity. The digital workplace has become an essential tool for businesses of all sizes, offering employees a centralised platform where they can collaborate, access information, and complete tasks efficiently.
However, implementing a new digital workplace solution is not without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles organisations face is ensuring that employees adopt and fully utilise the platform. Without internal adoption, the benefits of the digital workplace may not be fully realised. That’s why we’re introducing our analytics. In this article, we’ll explain more about this new feature.
The power of analytics
Understanding how employees interact with the digital workplace is crucial in driving internal adoption. That's why we are excited to introduce our analytics dashboard for Workspace 365. This feature provides customers with valuable insights into how our product is being used within their organisation.
With our analytics dashboard, admins can easily view statistics on active users and the most used tiles. It provides a comprehensive overview of the usage of various applications and functionalities, including the adoption of the Hub, Documents, Calendar, Email, Address Book, as well as the usage of the Birthday tile. It also covers the usage of integrations like Magister, AFAS, and Zaaksysteem.
The benefits of increased adoption
By leveraging analytics to drive internal adoption, organisations can experience a range of benefits:
-
Increased productivity: When employees fully embrace the digital workplace, they can collaborate more effectively and access information faster, resulting in improved productivity.
-
Enhanced employee satisfaction: Offering an adaptive digital workplace demonstrates an organisation's commitment to providing employees with cutting-edge tools and technology.
-
Better decision making: With insights into usage patterns and preferences, organisations can make data-driven decisions about training initiatives, and future enhancements.
-
Improved profitability: A highly adopted digital workplace leads to increased efficiency, reduced operational costs, and ultimately improved profitability for the organisation as a whole.
