It’s now possible to make knowledge items and announcements in the Hub even more attractive, and you have more flexibility in choosing layouts. To make sure that everybody can find these articles faster within the Hub, we made an adjustment that makes working with tags a lot easier. Find out more about this update!
Create even more engaging content in the Hub
To ensure that everyone within the company is aware of the latest developments, it has been possible to create knowledge items or announcements within the Hub.
We have received feedback from partners and end users that they would like more flexibility in creating and designing a knowledge item or announcement. That’s why, it’s now possible to design these pages in a more creative way.
For example, you can add more images than just the cover image. And it’s also possible to work with different columns. This way, you can customise an article even more and make it more personal.
Top 20 most used tags
Tagging articles makes finding information easier and ensures that people keep coming back to read knowledge articles, isn’t that what we all want?
Adding tags to knowledge items has been possible for some time, but from now on we will no longer show the tags in alphabetical order, but instead show the 20 most used tags.
With these suggested tags we make it easier to choose the right tags and make more intuitive choices. This way we ensure a higher involvement of employees and better findability and visibility within all knowledge items.
