What is Maintenance mode?

Maintenance Mode is a feature within Workspace 365 that allows you to make an app unavailable to the user for a period of time, e.g. for maintenance.

How does Maintenance Mode work in Workspace 365?

When setting Maintenance Mode you choose a period when the application is unavailable and you can add a message that the user will see when they try to open the application when it is unavailable. In this message you can explain why the application cannot be opened at that time and when it will be available again. In the period of scheduled maintenance the tile for the user will turn grey.
